Rapido has shown me a new side to getting cabs/autos. I finally feel like this is a company looking out for me to have the best experience possible. Since I’m saying all that, I have to give you my top 3 features:
1. Rides in < 1 minute. Love it.
2. Same OTP every time. People don’t understand how much I love this small ‘feature’.
3. Rapido Product managers. I don’t know. I feel like most of the features they’re adding, I actually find them useful or helpful.
Things to improve on:
Help me get rides when it’s either peak rush hour or raining. It gets so difficult to get rides at a fair price when there’s a lot of people leaving the same place at the same time or when it’s raining.

Most of the time i dont get a bike or auto it always takes more than 20-25minutes of time to book a bike or auto its always like this today is 9th april im trying from 9:30 to book a bike now its 9:52 yet no one has accepted my booking even tho today’s fare is high they set their fare as per market demand still one person his name is krishna pal had accepted my booking and cancelled it later its always like this those agents wants double benefit they dont accept booking which has a specific drop location if you ask agent why not they will say “after dropping you we dont get any booking in this area thats why i won’t accept your booking” i mean no one thinks about the emergence the person might be in just such pathetic behaviour of the agents connected with rapido never gonna use it deleting it right now

I had a very bad experience with service while tried to book my first ride. Upon ride confirmation Bike Taxi captain called my mobile and informed me to cancel the ride as he has some personal work to complete in Bank within salt lake area then he can able to attend the service. I requested him to complete his ride as he has accepted the request then he can complete his personal work. But he refused to do so. I call the emergency number with my experience but shockingly respected person suggested to me to cancel my ride and look for another. My question is how they are allowing to do personal work while he is on duty then why you are serving people??? This is not a professional attitude. I have cancelled my ride and provide my feedback but I didn’t get any responses from this platform. What a service.. !!!!!
