Toppr Doubts - JEE, NEET, CBSE

This app is good, but it’s quite buggy nowadays. No updates are being rolled out for this app. Turns out that the doubt service has been integrated into the main Toppr app itself, so it’s quite understandable. So 3 stars. Update: As of March 2020, the app is working pretty good. Also, 3 doubts can be asked simultaneously. So 5 stars. The quality of doubt clearing is good, and overall, this app is still, highly usable.

March 2019 update: Paid for premium. Didn't get it. App keeps showing an error and my money has been debited. ------ Great service being provided by Toppr, have chosen to pay for the Pro service as well. HOWEVER: As the title says. Some tutors take extra time on solving some doubts, those doubts may be rather simple and some are yes, tougher and need time to solve. In that case, while we're waiting it would be perfect to be able to start another doubt while the previous one is being solved. This should be a fixed, normal feature. Don't see why this can't be done. Also missing: no landscape orientation for images and cannot scroll through images. Plus, some bugs: - Chat window keeps jumping to the bottom of the chat as the tutor is typing making it impossible to read what's written earlier in the chat or if a solution image is sent earlier in the chat. - No notification sound if a new message is sent and the app is not open in the foreground. - Constant '1' red app notification badge icon inspite of closing all chats. Overall, please implement the multiple chats feature, this is a must! Thanks.

Plz don’t buy Toppr services bcz it is worthless and if u buy it then after that the team will not respond to u on time when u will face issues. The most useless service ever. My money got wasted in it so I am writing a review here to save u. Even if I complain I get the resolution after 8-10 days. And sometimes the resolution also doesn’t satisfy me and the same problem arises again after some days. Toppr is just expert in giving fake promises that it will never happen again and this and that but the conditions are up to their worst. The tutors themselves don’t bring perfect ans then how can we expect that they will teach us well.
