I’ve been a member for over 5 years and the content has always been top of the line. The workouts, diet advice, and community interaction have always been there. I’ve tried other programs, websites and apps and nothing has compared to the value you get from CoryG and the community. The new update still has all the great workout content with options for commercial gyms, home workouts, or workouts on the road. It also includes a social platform to interact with other members to ask questions, provide motivation, or even get form breakdowns. Support is always there whether it’s from the community or Cory himself. The ability to get feedback makes it easier to stay on track towards your goals and having variety with new workouts monthly makes it easy to never get stagnant or plateau.

Prior to the new update, I would've rated the app a 3, solely based on functionality. Content was A+, but would often times not work properly. After the update, it's killing it. Content is still the best, and functionality has been upgraded through the roof. Sure there are small hiccups here and there, but nothing that's major or that would prevent you from wanting to use the app.

The content is five stars. The operations of the app is one star. Often times you can be in the middle of the workout and you will have been logged out. You then have to log back in to continue your workout. The app often times will spin (loading) when you log in. Closing the app and restarting will sometimes fix the problem. Lots of opportunity to clean this app up and improve the experience for the customer. The content is top of the line and he workouts will improve you as a person and in the gym. Sadly that the app cannot keep up.

Cory Gregory is serial fitness entrepreneur, leader in the nutrition industry and a top training expert. As a way to save money for college, Cory worked as an underground coal miner until he opened his first gym at the age of 20. Cory has competed in more than 30 powerlifting competitions, with his best lifts including a 550 squat and 575 deadlift at a bodyweight of 198 pounds, and a 540 squat and deadlift at a bodyweight of 181 pounds. Cory has also competed in 14 drug-free bodybuilding events and has graced the cover of 11 fitness magazines. He has his exercise specialist certificate from Columbus State, but is also a certified NESTA nutrition coach, is certified by Westside Barbell and holds a Cross Fit level 1 trainer certificate. On top of these accolades, Cory was recently was added to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fitness advisory board. Learning from and being mentored by some of the biggest names in training and nutrition including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Philips, Louie Simmons, Dr. Eric Serrano, Dr. Mauro DiPasquale and John Broz, has allowed Cory to reach the level of success he has to this point.
