Literally during bank transfer, I attempt to transfer my funds to gcash, the app says I have insufficient balance! So I immediately modify the amount and deduct the fees but still have the same result!! Then I refresh the app and relogin to the account, when I got back in the funds are no longer in the account nor I received any amount!!! I contacted the support provide relevant proofs and asked me repeatedly about the information I already provided in the email, which makes it worst! After providing it to their team, i kindly ask for quick resolution and they say they will escalate it, but nothing happened and instruct me to wait up to 10 WORKING DAYS??? Are you serious? YOUR UP CRASHES AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ME THAT LONG??? I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS??? ILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN NEITHER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I can’t access my perahub App on my device. I visited the branch where I bought the card and they said its because of my phone. I have an iOS 16. I hope it’ll work soon because as per the agent of the store, she will report it. I will give another review once this app will work

user friendly and convenient. this app serves a great help especially in this time of pandemic where almost everything and every transactions rely heavily online. thru this app I can easily transfer money and pay bills real time. a lesser hassle and more convenient way of sending money to my loved ones and keeping my bills posted on time. thank you for the developer of this app for making daily living a lot easier. keep up the good work! ☺️
