It took a minute for the app to show anything about the car after I updated and add the new cars and take off the old ones. The first time it was instant. Still love the app, its convenient and definitely worth having. As for my new 2019 ScatPack still in love, u still have to upgrade the tires to 275, unless u get the dynamics package. Which is 1000% worth having, my husband loved the the new look of the 2019’s he went back and bought him one too. MoparLife!

The theory of this app is great. However, when it comes to making appointments at a dealership, it falls VERY short. If there are specific things that I need to have them look at and they aren’t listed in the prepopulated selections, there IS an “Other Services” selection. But when I fill in the specific details in the notes box in length about what I need the to inspect/diagnose, NONE of these notes make it to the dealership……at all. To include the fact that I was going to wait for my vehicle. There also needs to be a “Rental Required” drop down selection that this app doesn’t have. Until these fixes are implemented, you are better off just calling the dealership and scheduling your appointment months out, as they all seem to be short rentals as well.

This was a great app to look up things for my 4 Mopar vehicles. Now it is forcing to new apps that are garbage without a subscription. New apps don’t show two of my cars and won’t let be so much without paying a subscription fee. No thanks. Extend this app or fix the others.
