Dear Government of India, I would like to bring to your attention the issue I have faced with the current software vendor. The vendor has been unresponsive in addressing technical issues and bugs within their software, leading to a waste of taxpayers' money and resources. I request your consideration in finding a more reliable and effective software vendor who can properly resolve issues and improve the software for the benefit of our country.

Customer team waste useless had so many times call them each time they finding reasons for escape like app reinstall, try with another phone ,send email and call back after some system updating etc using resons no use totally I rate them 0/10 if I have less then zero I’ll give

Useless app. Many functions not working at all. 15 days back was trying to make online application for renewal of my DL but app was showing massage “server not available” forcing me to take agents help paying big fee of agent. From last week trying to check status of my application but same problem. Not understand why developers not fixing such bugs.
