I cannot even log into the app because it won’t take my Ticketmaster login. Keeps kicking me out saying account not found. I even reset my Ticketmaster password just to be sure and still wouldn’t let me in. So you can’t see anything the app has to offer if you can’t log into your Ticketmaster. It worked perfectly until about 5 games into the season where the app crashed and won’t let you log in, based off other reviews it’s the same story every where. I was really hoping to get a mystery puck but I haven’t been able to log in since Jan 28th and there has been zero support from the developers
They should do a better job of specifying that the app is only for season ticket holders. You do have to save up a very long time to get some items, but it’s certainly better than nothing, and a nice gesture from the organization.
