I started playing this game last year &
Had to quit on level 16 bc it completely stopped & crashed on me ! I had also put my own money into it for some extra money to buy special things ! I really absolutely love this game & im playing again just started & on level 12 . Being 49 years old lol it helps pass time by & I love Christmas. Pls pls make sure they game doesn’t crash on certain levels & we not be able to play or start over ! It’s a wonderful game & id like to continue playing it so pls fix the crashes or whatever is going on !

I had only played this game for a couple days when they offered a deal to spend $10 to “remove all ads” I always contribute to free games, so this seemed like a good time to do that. Once purchased, it became clear that they only intended to remove ads for a certain number of days. This was not at all clear prior to my purchase. It was implied that the benefit was permanent. It soon became clear, when another ad popped up, that it didn’t even do that. I was still being forced to watch ads. I contacted their customer service for a refund. They emailed me back asking for proof of purchase. I sent it. They said they needed a different form of proof of purchase, which I sent. I got another email thanking me and stating they’re “looking into this.” They never responded again. I had to contact apple directly for a refund. Don’t trust this game company. They’re obviously shady.

Don’t trust the surveys or this developer. I just spent almost half an hour filling out dozens of surveys that were supposed to get me “up to 113 candies” and then the surveys were accepted but upon returning to the game I was given nothing. After giving up a massive amount of my feedback, opinions, consumer information and repetitive demographic information I don’t appreciate the developer making zero effort to ensure that someone who invests so much time into getting him paid gets nothing in return. What makes me even angrier is that the developer chose to use “mail” for the reporting mechanism so if you already have the gmail app on your phone, that also errors out as it conflicts with your gmail account and then your long message to the developer that could have been private was lost. This is insulting. I’ve watched a lot of ads for you. It’s rude.
