Martini Taxis

Booked a taxi for 3pm hours in advance only for it to reach 3pm and no taxi had been dispatched and caused me to miss my train. Every time I have used this service I receive a text telling me my taxi will be late due to “high demand”... how can this be possible if I booked my taxi hours before, this shows that pre booking is pointless and this company will never have a taxi for you on time. Will never be using Martini taxi’s again

Used the App to see if it was good, it does exactly what it says and more. You can track the vehicle right to the inch, let’s you know which vehicle it is and a driver profile picture to show you whom is picking you up. It’s Excellent 👏👏👏

Booked cab for the wife as she lost her purse and only had a tenner on her but because she didn't have last 4 digits of my card number "for confirmation" they refused to take payment so she had to walk back home they said it was incase someone had my phone problem is i keep my card in my phone case so if they had my phone they had my card which by the way is contactless absolute joke will only be using again in desperate need
