Does anyone else have this problem? I absolutely love this game and have not been able to play it for last two or three updates. Normally I would just delete it and forget it, but that's how much I enjoy this game!!! I now try to delete and reinstall this roughly once a week and get stuck on the "initializing" screen and have even let it sit there for like an hour...tried to get customer service but the website is not too user friendly for us USA players. :/
If anyone has any advice, or they can put out a patch, I will happily amend my review to 5 stars and recommend this app. It never gets boring and for those that troll the App Store weekly waiting on new cooking games for grown ups, this is one you MUST add to your collection. :)

Edit: After playing for awhile, I realized the new update is a bit harsh. Upgrades went from 15-20 gems to 50 😬. And it is really difficult to get that many gems without paying. I had to pay once and got lots of gems, but when everything requires 50 gems, it’s gone real quick. I’m all for supporting the developers, but dang don’t rob me.
Little disappointed, but still...can’t wait for more levels to be added, it’s very addicting. I appreciate that this game is not too easy, it has some challenging aspects that a lot other food related time management games don’t have. Thank you for the awesome game. Keep us players in mind when you design gem requirements 😔

I just started playing and completely enjoyed playing the donut shop. You earned gems quickly and frequently so you could upgrade as needed. I'm now playing the next shop and gems are not being earned and upgrades are more expensive then the first round, so I can't upgrade or my gems will be gone quickly. I really enjoy playing but i refuse to pay real money for gems so I will delete game once I'm not earning enough gems to move forward. Not to mention. It costs 100 or more gems just to buy the next shop. Not cool, you'd think I earned the next shop for finishing all levels with 3 stars.
