What stands out is how feature-rich yet simple this app is. You get customizable workouts, progress charts, and even a calendar to track your activity. Everything is organized in a way that keeps you motivated. The visuals and instructions are clear, making it easy to follow every stretch correctly. One of the best fitness apps I’ve tried.

This app was absolutely perfect for me, after having a child I found myself lacking motivation and this app has really helped me just get up and do it. It offers excellent descriptions of the excersises that I have to as a part of the workout, but it also provides excellent videos if you can't full grasp what you are to do with just the pictures and the description. I do recommend and the pounds have just been dropping off.
