Really bad app. I cannot navigate anywhere. I don’t even know how to book a taxi or how to request a pick up and that is coming from someone who uses Uber and every other app there is for connectivity. I have been a customer since 2002 and that’s really frustrating.
I feel they do their best to serve their clients... on the expensive side for their rates, generally I am comfortable with them.
