As of the latest update 3.8.2 the app appears to be broken. When opening the app it displays that is is ‘inactive’ and nothing seems to cause the badge functionality to work. The app support link in the App Store redirects to a 404 page on the AMAG website. The contact info on the AMAG website is not correct. When attempting to call the numbers listed the call cannot be completed. This is wholly unacceptable and I cannot obtain any information on how to contact this company.
It keeps opening up Apple Pay when I go to use it. Other people who use Apple Pay are saying the same thing. This needs to be fixed.
The app works, but seem like a crude first attempt with no further development being done. When it works, it works... and when it doesn’t , the lack of meaningful ui feedback is very confusing for users. Feature requests: 1) Basic in-app documentation - how do I use it, what does it mean when the background color changes, why is it called “Symmetry Blue” when the App Store screenshots are RED?! Can users expect it to work when their phone is locked? If it fails to read on the first try, what should they do? 2) OMG please let users view their device ID in a way that allows them to *copy* it so they can email/sms/IM it to an admin. The current alert dialog does not and it leads to lots of transcription errors. 3) Is it possible to show a “card” in the apple wallet? Users are nearly always confused about why their credit cards pop up when they scan on a reader. Like I said, the app “works”, but only like at the most basic level possible. It honestly feels like we’re guinea pigs testing an app that is stuck in beta.
