EduPay Payroll - Employee App

The developers claim it’s an award winning app, if they put effort into making the app work instead of printing their own award certificates, you might get a working app. I’ve had to chase wages from six months ago because the app didn’t put them through, It showed as done but not gone through to my payroll department. It won’t allow you to export documents. The confirmation button at the bottom of the screen doesn’t always work. I’ve had to start using the web browser as it’s slightly more reliable.

I’ve had this app for a while now and it had been working brilliant. It is now saying that the pin I’m entering is invalid. Went to reset pin/password and when I enter my new pin in it keeps saying invalid. There is now no option for me to try and redo it. It’s very frustrating!

When this app worked it was great, easy to use and user friendly but now it comes up to say needs updating and won’t let me log in but iOS App Store says it’s up to date. Also I was disappointed on the my details tab you can’t update emergency contact details yet that’s available on the website version. The app needs to have this added. Also it needs to let us log in regardless of the version it says it needs as iOS won’t update it!
