The Legion Workforce Engagement app has made managing my work schedule incredibly easy and convenient. The interface is user friendly, and I can quickly view my shifts, update my availability, request time off, and pick up available shifts all from my phone. Notifications keep me informed of schedule changes in real time, helping me stay organized and avoid missed shifts. The app is reliable, intuitive, and saves a lot of time compared to traditional scheduling methods. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to manage their work schedule and stay connected with their team.
I have been unable to check my news/announcements tab for the past three month and have reported the issue on the legion page, and was told to contact my department's IT for a resolution. I have tried logging out/logging in, resetting my phone, and deleting the app to no avail. I also have bugs where I or my employees do not get notifications for messages being sent (despite having message notifications turned on) or notifications will be delayed for hours. Additionally I have problems creating chats as it only lets you search/see the first name and last initial when adding members. There are multiple Joe D.'s in my workplace and you cannot even filter by department which can be frustrating. Furthermore it is very inconvenient that you cannot use the app itself to set your employee scheduling. The AI assistance may help if you have one person in charge of scheduling multiple department's worth of people with varying scheduling conflicts, but I would definitely recommend using a different scheduling app (sling is pretty good)
This was a great app up until about a week ago. It’s pretty straight forward and easy to use, but recently the format changed. Up until recently, you could see all of your scheduled shifts right on the front page, with date and time. But about a week ago that changed. Now you only see one or two “next shifts” and they aren’t even the right days. The front page will say my next day is several days away when the schedule page will say it’s tomorrow. Today I have a shift from 5:00pm-11:45 pm with a 30 minute break from 8:00-8:30 and it says I only work 4.5 hours. Even if you calculate in the lunch break that’s incorrect. On top of this I have coworkers who’s Legion said they work entirely different shifts than what they’re actually scheduled for. In the past week people who have been late or no call-no showed has more than doubled. I’ve asked my coworkers and they’re all having similar problems. I even tried updating my app again and it did nothing. Please fix it, I really liked how it used to be.
