When pulling up both the incident report (driver license section) does not give option to pull up elite utilities app via scan driver license, doesn't work. Even if you were to try to pull up app separate it'll scan but work transfer data being that it wasn't pulled up via driver licence scanner section.

I’ve set up our run form to include the button for using the camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner. It beeps and flashes like it wants to do something, but nothing happens. ImageTrend offers no support on their customer support site and this listing gives no instructions for troubleshooting. What a waste.

The Elite Utilities iOS app launched from the Imagetrend Elite runform will allow you to scan the PDF417 barcode on patient driver's licenses and identification cards. It will automatically parse out the patient data contained within the barcode and apply it to the appropriate patient data fields on the incident.
