Identipet

I registered my cat as “feline” but it just reverts to “canine” despite editing and saving multiple times. The app does not seem to save the downloaded photos. The support does not allow mails to be sent and just sends an error. Very little options to put any identifying markings or tattoos etc.

I’ve submitted two requests for support with regards to a “chip specified has already been implanted” error. Please help as I’d like to put my other cat on the app too!

I just got my cat microchipped and I didn’t realize how fantastic Identipet really was!! This app is amazing but if i could add one thing, if there was a way we could see the location of our pets on the app it would be the BEST thing in the world! With all the terrible things happening to animals, especially those getting stolen for lord knows what🙈 if i could log on at any point during the day and see my cat is at my home address, it would really really make me feel sooooo much better!!!
