I downloaded the update as instructed and it shows me that almost all of my equipment is on line. If I remember correctly in the older version the electronic piece and address illuminated and now I’m just seeing the equipment light up. For the past week I’ve been on my laptop doing some different things. I have not noticed all week my laptop become part of the network. This really surprised me. Everything else was there with no problem. I was hoping that this sort of bug would have been worked out. This has happened to me in the past but that doesn’t mean this product isn’t worth using because it is. This company has done so so much to help me when I needed the assistance.

The free “trial” version of the app only allows you to connect to USA, which is totally fine, but upon actually starting my payment after the trial ended, and keeping the app updated, I never had the ability to connect anywheres else other than the US. It’s been almost a week since I transitioned over from the trial to premium, yet I’m just paying for an extension of the trial without any other features enabling. The connections connect, sometimes, and only last 5-20 minutes before getting awfully slow or not connecting at all. There’s better apps than this, I’d avoid the “premium version”.
