The Happy by Medelinked app is a great way to be aware of and keep track of your mood. The reminders are a great feature that allows you to build a bigger picture of your mood patterns. The Happy wall is a great way to visually see who/what/where makes you and others happy. The app is a great addition to the other apps that track my physical, but not mental wellbeing, especially when used in conjunction with my Medelinked Health Account
