Aerial Physique TV

My favorite thing about APTV is how much it inspires me—whether I’m looking for new shapes, fresh transitions, or ways to break things down when I’m teaching. I recently had to create a silks act for a show with only a couple of days to prepare. Silks were my first apparatus when I started aerial 10 years ago, but over the last six years I’ve focused more on rope, dance trapeze, lyra, and pole. I still teach silks to beginners, but I couldn’t quite remember all the intermediate and advanced flows. APTV was a lifesaver. It helped me refresh my memory, discover new shapes and sequences, and confidently put together a piece in such a short amount of time. I also live about two hours outside NYC, so in-person classes with my coaches aren’t always accessible. I have my own equipment and a small studio on my property, which makes APTV the perfect resource when I want to explore, train, or experiment on my own at home. Plus the interface is super easy to navigate

APTV is beyond awesome for a so many reasons: Jill is so kind, pleasant, and upbeat. She inspires me, supports me, and makes training fun. APTV has so many skills to master, practice, or try for the first time, there's just no way you ever get bored. PLUS, more is added every month! Training at home can get lonely, but not with APTV. There's a live class once a month where you can gather and exercise with Jill and fellow aerialists. It really makes you feel like part of a community, let alone all the wonderful helpful tips everyone shares with each other. All of this -- and it all being accessible 24/7 — really motivates me, excites me, and helps me feel really good about myself. I'm so honored to get to be a part of it all. I highly recommend giving it a go.

I’ve been a member of APTV for a few years and I absolutely love it! There is a wide variety of content that is organized nicely in an easy to use app. I appreciate that I can download videos in the app so I can still view them when I have zero cell service when training outdoors on my rig. I also love that I can favorite videos so I can keep track of new moves I want to try. APTV keeps me inspired each month when new videos get posted! The slow motion breakdowns of all the moves help me learn great technique and I appreciate the clear voiceover explanations from the AP instructors. I would highly recommend APTV as it is a great tool for instructors and students.
