Pink Taxi Egypt

I wanted to leave a shout out to this amazing company.I had an outstanding experience with this Pink Taxi service today, thanks to my driver, Maryam Moneer. Before I even accessed this service, the manager, Randa, was so patient with me and messaged me privately and walked me through the application. I am only visiting Egypt for 10 days, and didn’t even realize that this service was available, and I was very nervous about using it because it’s a long distanceI but Randa was very assuring. Before my ride even started, Maryam contacted me to confirm the time and location, and she picked me up from my hotel in Cairo and drove me all the way to Sahl Hasheesh, and she was beyond professional from start to finish. Maryam arrived about five minutes early, which I really appreciated. Her driving was smooth, safe, and comfortable, making the five-hour journey feel much shorter. She was polite, respectful, and genuinely kind throughout the trip. When she stopped for gas, she even insisted on buying me a drink, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. To top things off, Randa called to check in on my to make sure the my ride was going smoothly. The ride was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, and before I knew it, I was arriving at my hotel in Hurghada. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you have the opportunity to ride with Maryam, I highly recommend her. She truly goes above and beyond to make her passengers feel comfortable and well taken care of. كنت حابة أعمل شكر خاص للشركة الرائعة دي. بصراحة كانت عندي تجربة ممتازة جدًا مع Pink Taxi النهارده، وده بفضل السواقة مريم منير. حتى قبل ما أستخدم الخدمة، الأستاذة رندا، المديرة، كانت في منتهى الذوق والصبر. كلمتني برايفت وشرحتلي الأبلكيشن خطوة بخطوة وساعدتني لحد ما فهمت كل حاجة. أنا جاية أزور مصر لمدة 10 أيام بس، وماكنتش أعرف أصلًا إن الخدمة دي موجودة. وكنت متوترة شوية لأن المشوار طويل من القاهرة لسهل حشيش، لكن رندا طمنتني جدًا وخلتني أحس إني في أمان. قبل ميعاد الرحلة، مريم كلمتني علشان تتأكد من الوقت والمكان، وجت الفندق قبل المعاد بحوالي خمس دقايق، وده كان شيء محترم جدًا. ومن أول ما اتحركنا لحد ما وصلنا، كانت في منتهى الاحترافية. سواقتها كانت هادية وآمنة ومريحة جدًا، لدرجة إن رحلة الخمس ساعات عدت كأنها وقت قليل. كانت مؤدبة ومحترمة وبشوشة طول الطريق، ولما وقفت تحط بنزين أصرت إنها تجيبلي حاجة أشربها، وكانت لفتة جميلة جدًا منها. وكمان رندا اتصلت بيا أثناء الطريق تطمن عليّا وتتأكد إن الرحلة ماشية كويس، ودي كانت حاجة خلتني أحس باهتمامهم الحقيقي بالعميل. الرحلة كانت مريحة لدرجة إني نمت، وفجأة لقيت نفسي وصلت الفندق في الغردقة من غير ما أحس بالوقت. بجد ماكنتش أقدر أتمنى تجربة أحسن من كده. ولو جاتلك فرصة تركب مع مريم، أنصحك بيها من غير أي تردد. هي فعلًا بتعمل أكتر من المطلوب علشان الراكب يحس بالراحة والأمان. تستحق هي والشركة خمس نجوم بكل جدارة. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good service I had a very good experience with captain Esar she arrives on time , very helpful and polite it was my first time to try the app and definitely will not be the last time I highly recommended. Thanks for your great service :)
