The bank provides a browser interface that's unusable without the app. The app itself has security features so unintuitive as to make the app unusable as well. For example, to pay/transfer money the app requires me to authenticate myself multiple times and in different ways (biometrics and pin number), with no indication that one of the steps has not been completed, ever. At the same time, the bank sends statements to clients by email, with a ridiculously unsafe password: the client's year of birth.

It took a dozen tries to move money so i could go shopping. I have only limited time to buy groceries, and given the holiday weekend it is imperative to do it right now. The delays and glitches thus morning were very frustrating and anxiety-provoking

I love that CS is so current with technology! It is easy to use the George app and it is great to have George Klic combined in the same app.
