This app really needs a more adjustable schedule for call availability to accommodate unique work schedules.

Busy status doesn’t guarantee that calls won’t reach you. Calls that are transferred from one group to another sometimes bounce back even if the other group has agents available. Your offline settings sometimes undo themselves, forcing you to manually review them every now and then so you don’t get calls on weekends or during your offline hours. Our entire team gets kicked offline at 6 pm despite our evening crew having their availability including that time. There are so many problems with this platform that I would recommend absolutely anything else instead.

Good productivity features around calls. Call notes are fantastic for memos.
External contacts search and auto-matching is awesome, loving this!
Call quality is great on 4G but requires some router setup to get Wifi working nicely.
