The app does not refresh correctly. It gives a notice of ‘poor internet’, when holding it next to my 5g router.

No background activity whatsoever. Constant “error, please try again”. Any payment, request, cancellation or any other action fails if you are not actively staring at the screen. It’s absolutely bonkers that I HAVE to see a “success” screen/action hapen in the app even after I already paid and money were credited from my account, because without my attention or if the screen of my phone timed out and locked, the app will error and cancel EVERYTHING

Don't bother downloading if you don't have a NIF. I tried to setup through web portal which provides more clear instructions than this app. And web clearly says the user 'must associate NIF (national identity number) to use this app (or any services offered in Cascais).
