After testing a heap of apps over the past year I’ve found that Expenses is the ONLY app that allows couples to enter expenses from their own phones (and their own Apple accounts) and shows them all in one panel. The app is simple, clean, fast and I like that we can set budgets (limits) to any category and see how close we are to going over. Another decent app is Monefy, but it’s sync features never worked for us and it required using a third party like Dropbox to sync data. Other apps sync via iCloud which keeps couples from sharing data. Expenses is great in that it handles all the data transfer for us, keeping our phones up to date with all our expenses. A+
Such a good way for couples to track their own money. I believe this way sets the setting as to who paid what or avoids any arguments of who is the paying the most or who pays what. Money is huge in a relationship and this actually helps us figure out who will pay for the next meal, gas, food, or anything. We also keep our personal account separate, for example if I decide to buy a gift for my boyfriend, I wouldn’t add it to this app because it comes from personal money and love. This is a great set for relationship to last long and aiming a future together “marry” of trust and equality. ❤️
I had a little problem with my account when I just signed up, so I contacted the help support. They solved it so fast and were so helpful with the doubts I had after that little issue. It’s impossible for me not to love this app after that. And above all it made things so simple for me and my bf with the expenses we share and I can be sure I will get the help I need if I run into another issue (hopefully that won’t happen again). I love it and would definitely recommend!
Our Expenses is the easiest way for couples to keep track of expenses. Apple says: “Perfect for couples looking for a streamlined way to split bills”...
