The only bank app I know that keeps getting so called ‘poor picture’ or can’t find ‘endorsement’. U can try taking a hundred pic, still d same problem. But looking at those pic, they all look great. Tried a line of LED daylight lamp under the phone, same problem. Tried even w a galaxy phone @ 64 meg pixel. No different. Called d bank, they think I don’t know how to do mobile banking! Yet my phone has no problem doing mobile banking w every other bank.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The purpose of business banking is for convenience and prevents that from happening. I have an iPhone Pro and their app keeps saying the picture isn’t good enough so the doing online check deposits is not an option.
Seriously, fix your app. This is bad for your loyal business customers. I will have to change my account just because of this.

I used a handful of bank apps. This is the only crappy bank app that does not recognize endorsement stamp. Support tell me I have to manually sign the check instead of using the stamp I purchased through them.
