Weight Loss Plan: Fat Gone

This app covers everything you could possibly do to burn calories, and if it's not listed you can add it!! This is one of the first apps that I have downloaded and have actually used and Love!!

I was looking for an app that counted a wide range of activities to count calories and this is it. Mop the floor, wash dishes, go shopping, play sports, mowing the yard, washing the car, waxing it, you name it, it’s there. And that’s what I was looking for. It easy to use once you start using it. You simply record the minutes of activity you perform during the day. I’m a diabetic and this is plain and simple. Most of the diabetic apps simply go way over board I like it a lot.

I love this app!!! I don’t doCalorie counting on my food, mostly because a lot of the stuff I eat is not found in the app that I have used. However, I have been looking for an app that helps me keep track of how many calories I burn while doing my regular chores/activities. This is a great app, the only one I have found that actually gives me the option to do this. Sweeping, mopping, doing dishes etc. .... I would still recommend this app.
