Swift Invoice, Invoice Maker

I was unsure at first relying on this app for our small business and I am extremely happy to have chosen it. I got this app last year when it was free which it is now $20/year I believe and it’s worth every penny of that. I do all of my invoicing on the go and in the field and I’m able to quickly create, modify and send all from my phone while at a customers house. My business also requires a signature from all customers and this app allows me to do that plus attached images to their receipt. The few things I wanted this app to do have been implemented with new updates. And the creator of this app seems to be updating frequently with great ideas. Plus...they respond quickly to all my questions, inquiries and suggestions. Very good team here. I absolutely recommend this app as I’m very pleased with it.

I LOVE this app. It’s made running my business so easy. I have a small online business. I was just looking for something to create decent looking invoices on and send to my clients. I got WAY more than I expected from this app. I literally run my business from this app. I appreciate how simple it is to use. My invoices look so professional. I have all my clients, all my services with their set prices, and reports that are easier to access than QB lol. I rarely have expenses but you can add expenses as well and get profit and loss report. You can create estimates... which I also don’t use but you can do it!! It’s just awesome. Highly recommend. Probably the only app that didn’t hurt my heart to pay for lol.

I wish I could turn off payment Terms. It would be nice if the app would prompt me to change the job address under the client that I saved. This would be great for contractors like myself that work with a couple shops where the shop address is saved under the client but the job address is different for every job. Also a prompt to add Order number (Not invoice number)for every new invoice would be great when the client has their own order number but I can still have my own invoice number. Adding a cam scanner would also be great for adding work orders to the invoice rather than just taking a picture would help it look more professional. Currently I have to use a scanner app to scan my work-order, then save that scan to my phone, then open up the invoice app and add as attachment. All in all, I love how customizable it is but some more options for customizing the details of each invoice would make this App perfect!
