Excellent app. Very helpful when you are new to the area and have no idea what routes to take. I like how it has a gps location of where you are in real time showing your movements such as walking and being on the trains and buses. I highly recommend using this but remember to close this app due to draining your battery because of using your location services. This is expected.

Accurate real time tracking, trip planning, alerts and notifications. Sometimes I am confused whether I can and where to tap for more info. I find it annoying I can’t just find bus schedules for a given location just by route number alone. Rarely, it can’t find a starting point or destination you enter in the search field even when it’s obvious, like “Alewife busway”.

Sometimes this app is spot on and sometimes this app claims a bus is coming or has already come when it is running early or late and then this app is completely useless. I would consider paying for this app if it was consistently accurate/I could see the location of buses on the map. The trip planning feature is amazing when it works correctly.
