I love the fact I can breakout “the gym” anywhere, anytime. After using my bands, I do not feel the heaviness or the day after stiffness of an metal weight workout. I feel extremely flexible. What’s more important to me, unlike a metal weight workout, I can exercise any body part without “recovery” limitations.

This app is easy to use and it comes with its perks, you are able to customize the amount of time you do a workout as well as how many sets you do. I recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a lot of workout equipment and has a resistance band. This couldn’t be a better app for me.

I got this app in the hopes that it would increase my library of resistant band exercises.
From what I could find on the free version, there were only six available exercises. They were all basic ones that I know from the information I got when I purchased the resistant bands.
