Is this a good response from a customer service when requesting something about an older version that has been purchased and you want to use? even after explained some health issues and at the moment not being able to buy the new version and I wanted to use the old one? Here is the answer and you guys can have your own conclusions. I was requesting only to be able to use the version I have and it’s having issues. Here the customer support answer: “”As you have been informed in multiple emails, your warranty has long expired for the product. We no longer provide support for it. It’s outdated as the Part 1 has been terminated and the Part 2 is being decommissioned. It’s no different than buying an iPhone 7. You can use it for as long as you want, but if there are any issues with it and your warranty has expired, Apple does not provide any services or updates and does not sell iPhone 7 anymore. You would need to get the latest iPhone 12 with the latest version and have an active support plan to receive updates and support. We provided you a $50 credit, as a credit, that you can apply towards the sale. If you do not use this before the end of this month (today), then the $50 credit will no longer be available. They only have two NBDE tests. Flash cards are terribly bad.. they are not a questions and answers type of thing, just notes. Video Crash Courses missing endo and perio. The videos from part 1 are bad because they are way too long and she just reads what is on the board. Part 2 is even worst. She is always yawning from her own presentation. She did not even review her material before recording the class. Terrible pictures and missing important points. You would think that they put a lot of thought on this but you can see clearly that is not the case. She did not even care to edit her videos. Just a money grab program. Of course I’m not ready to do the test. How should I pay almost U$1000 dollars for a test that I won’t pass just to reclaim U$300. Sick and tire of loggin in every 5 minutes too. Not to mention they only give you 6 months of access. Just terrible.
I downloaded this App with very high expectation. Had other Apps from the company and felt they are top shelvers. I was blown away. Was more impressed than could have imagined. Just a few things that matters to me. Extremely clear, clean and simple to navigate. Nice graphic that does not try to impress you, rather be of assistance. Flow is extremely logical. No one tries to sell you anything. And if you need support, you get world class service and response. My issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes! On the learning side, the questions were well thought of. Right to the point t o know if you really know your stuff to pass. No try to make you feel good and flunk the real thing. A lot of thought was given to each test. All test areas is covered. Money matters to me. A lot. But, I have learned it is not how much you spend. But, how much you get back. If I am to spend couple of hundreds and pass with flying color, my next house is by river, fishing from my porch. What I am saying is that it is money worth spending versus those cheapos that does not get your dream house. I give it 99%. Why not 100%? Keep them hungry to come up with even better. By between us, they are worth 110%.
