I have been using for a couple of years, it has many great features, the ability to easily email for one. However I want more. Ha!
As a drummer I work for many bands, my master list is cluttered, it would be nice to have a separate (sub) master list for each band.
Also I seldom use a set list in the exact order it is written, we need to read the crowd, maybe the guitar player would like to sing a different song. So I don’t use the actual “set feature” where you scroll through. Now the problem is that in order to access my lyrics I need to go back to the master list.
For me if these issues could be addressed this would be a 5 star app....I mean it’s free too so I have no right..Thanks to Tom, much appreciated.

Nice and simple for lyrics and making set lists. I do however wish there was a little more to it as far as being able to make small notes or highlight certain lyrics. Even to be able to change lyric colors would be helpful for duets or harmonies.

Maybe I’m missing something but are you not able to download Word docs or PDFs in to this app and if you are how do you do it? Nothing in the description gives you a clue and I see nothing in the app itself that resembles an import function ?? So much for basic and simple!
About Gig Master
A basic app for managing song lyrics for gigs. Create a library of songs then create set lists for a gig. You can email these to other band members. During the gig - use the full-screen lyric view if you need to jog your memory.
Nothing fancy, no mp3 files, no metronomes, no chords, no auto-scrolling.
TIPS
- You can close the library panel (the song/set list) with the 'cross' to make more space whilst editing in portrait mode. To bing it back swipe from the left side of the screen. Press the 'book' icon to keep it there.
- You can add a Key to a song, this will be displayed in the title bar during performance mode.
- When adding a song to a set, you can change the key for that occasion, this won't affect the songs normal key.
- Use the slider in the performance mode to adjust the font size for that specific song during a gig.
- Use the share icon to send songs and set lists to other band members.
