Starbucks Kazakhstan

The app is practically unusable at the point of purchase. It constantly crashes and logs me out right at the cashier. Even with the correct login and password, SMS verification often never arrives, and you cannot request it again due to a timeout. Instead of improving the customer experience, it creates delays of several minutes at the counter, holds up the queue, and causes frustration for both customers and staff. In its current state, it would be better not to use the app at all.

I’ve been trying to register on the Starbucks Kazakhstan app for years — and every single time, without fail, it ends the same way: “Error.” Honestly, I think I’ve spent less time applying for visas than trying to sign up for a simple coffee app. At this point, I’m convinced the app is just a social experiment to test patience levels. Maybe one day I’ll manage to register… right after flying to the moon.

Accidentally removed my Starbucks card from Wallet. Never had success with getting it back, constantly seeing "The pass cannot be read because it isn't valid" instead. Reinstalled the app and tried to login. The app told me my password is incorrect (I wonder how, considering the use of password manager app's autofill). App's main screen displays "-0/30" when on Golden status.
