This App is great because, unlike other paced breathing apps, it allows customization of the “holding” periods between inhales and exhales. The big problem with it is that, on my device at least (iPhone SE), the sound accompanying the breathing does not work. Accompanying sound is essential to a breathing app because I don’t want to be looking at my phone during the exercise. If it did work, it still would fall short of 5 stars because there are not multiple options for the sound as there are in other apps. Fix all that, and it’s a 5-star app!

Just what I needed. The expanding/contracting ball is hypnotizing, which helps me focus and relax. You can customizing the breathing cycles, including inhalation, holding, exhalation and holding before inhaling again (a feature missing from every other free app I looked at). Also, can set a sound that will signal when to change states allowing you to close your eyes and maintain the same breathing rates. Easy to use, uncluttered.

Every time I do 10 minutes of deep breathing, I feel calmer and more peaceful. When I take my blood pressure at home, it's been lower especially after using this app. I don't take medication for it because I'm "too young" for it so I have to control it with diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. Putting this into my routine is definitely a lifestyle change I can get behind! Thanks!
