I had a very bad experience with this app. I got my order cold after 3 hours!!! 2 drivers cancelled the order.. and then after one driver accepted the order he took too long. But he was polite to be fair. It’s one of the few delivery app in qatif and it should be better! I hope my review gets noticed because it could be the best delivery app in the city if you take it into consideration.

App is enforcing a minimum order proce/cost to proceed with the order even when selecting to pick up the order by myself … most of the times that will mean ordering more food which’s not needed just to be able to use this service

Worst customer service, no need to complain to them because they will not help you, just accept any thing you receive from restaurants.
