I wanted to love this product, especially because of the app after purchasing the first diffuser, I ran into multiple app problems not to mention that it kept looking at two diffusers when I only had one, so no one could explain why that happened. So I asked to replace the diffuser to see if it was just that first two days I connected to the app. It worked fine third day no longer working with the app. In fact, the app told me I was no longer authorized to make changes to my schedules. I really don’t understand how so many complaints about the app and the reviews and it’s still not working. You charge $200 plus and this is the crap we get unfortunately and I do mean unfortunately I’m going to send my second one back because the reason why I paid so much money was because I wanted to use an app.

While I like the scents, the schedules do not work, ever! They may start on time, but then shut off. I have contacted support multiple times and was told no one else in the world was having the same issue, but looking at the app reviews it seems to be extremely common and a serious app issue. I have had them send me two replacement mini diffusers, a huge pain as I had to return the originals by going to the post office, only to have the same issue with every one of the replacements. It is extremely frustrating to pay that much money and not be able to use it for the main purpose of having, which is being able to control with a schedule and not have to constantly worry about turning on and off. I have great doubts this will ever be fixed as I have had ongoing issues for over a month with constant replies asking for more information, requesting me to reboot my systems and wifi, delete and reinstall the app multiple times, hard reset the minis multiple times (not even possible as they never reset), and constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I’ve been kicked out of the app and had to log back in multiple times. On top of that, a reboot of the diffuser keeps the programming so there is no true reset or reboot. For the cost, it is unbelievable they are able to sell these products and not fix the app and scheduling. If I wanted a manual diffuser, I would have spent $20 for a decent one and instead I got something that was supposed to be smart and safer for family and pets, and it seems to have nothing but problems. I keep reminding myself that its just a diffuser, but its so frustrating as no new version or improvements have been made. I feel like I’ve thrown away a ton of money and wasted SO MUCH TIME!!
