This is one of the app for view old historical photos. Really useful and i not used like this app before. I totally enjoy open this app and see those old images to recall my journeys. This app also allows me to contribute images to oldview to share immediately with friends, family and around the world. This app provides a platform from which these images can be brought to life and shared with the world. I give it five stars and thanks so much to developers!

About OldView: Historic City Tourism
OldView allows users to view historical images on their device from the exact location the photo was originally taken. It also allows users to contribute images to OldView to share immediately with friends, family and the world.
The world’s earliest surviving photograph was taken in France in 1827. Since then our perpetually changing world has been documented by countless photographs. It wasn’t until 1991 that Kodak unveiled the first commercially available digital camera. Some 164 years of hard-copy photographs.
In the 164 years after the invention of a camera, our world can be said to have dramatically changed more than the 164,000 years before it. These changes are well documented with hard-copy photographs, where most of these pictures still live in shoeboxes in our cupboards, or distributed in various online libraries that are not easily accessed.
OldView provides a platform from which these images can be brought to life and shared with the world. The OldView user can view images within their close proximity from OldView’s extensive database, or digitise and upload their own collections to share with family, friends and the global community. Furthermore, uploaded images will be liked and commented on by the extensive OldView user base, with immediate communication to you.
