App works fairly well, but there is some strangeness when a trackpad is used, for example, to click an chat in the left column. It may take several clicks to select, or may not work at all, and then the highlight state is inconsistent. However, if you use your finger to tap the same chat item, it selects the chat as expected.

Still seeing frequent application crashes and often having messages undelivered with no ability to fix. The overall performance from China is very poor and unreliable on mobile. I wish there was a way to run a troubleshoot to measure performance and check diagnostics and logs of client so I could see what is wrong Still broken for HSBC - no option to reply to messages

When I try to run this on my iPad, messages download but whenever I try to respond, it slows down to a crawl. Essentially, you type 3 works, then wait 3 minutes while the characters slooooowly populate. Then you observe which characters got dropped along the way, and you spend 15 seconds trying to move the cursor (since that also has a lag) to add them back in. In 7 minutes of use, I managed to type out a single message to a colleague. Over that 7 minutes, I lost 10% of my brand new iPad Pro’s battery life. I’ll wait for the next version before trying to reopen this app.
