I have had my account for more than 25 years and I do not like the new app! Ever time there is an update I get locked out of my account and have to wait days for “customer service” to figure out how to unlock my account. Pending charges are not linked in a timely fashion and the Home Screen looks jumbled together no matter what device I use. I have not been able to use the touch log in feature since they developed this app. I hate it!

UPDATE: got a response saying to contact customer service even though I have multiple times. They tell me there’s apparently no recollection of me EVER HAVING AN ACCOUNT though I’ve been paying this card for 2 years. And there’s nothing they can do about it over the phone, they also don’t know where any branches are near me to I was told to “find it myself and talk to someone in person”. As soon as I pay this card off I’m terminating my account with this joke of a bank. It’s absolutely unacceptable that I haven’t been able to access my own account that is linked to my bank account for over a month. Absolute joke of a company, don’t ever work with them. ORIGINAL: Ever since the last update I haven’t been able to do anything on this app. My payments never went through, and there’s no recollection of me ever trying to pay it. Now I can’t even get into the app. There’s been an issue every time I’ve logged on

I was a renting a rental car and biweekly they would take out anywhere between $450-$500, since I had no car payment I would make a payment to 1FBUSA in the exact amount and then some, to suffice for the rental amount being taken out. The car company swears they submitted those as “pending charges” that would be expunged by 1FBUSA once the final charge was actually made. A final charge of the entire duration I had the rental car was made for $3200 overdrawing and maxing out my credit card which 1FBUSA did not decline. All the other pending charges did drop but my available balance looks as if I got charged all the pending charges and the $3200. Not sure whether I should be upset at the car company or this place but the representatives have been so rude.
