I’ve been trying all morning to sign up for this service and it’s been IMPOSSIBLE! I want the NFL Game Pass and I want to pay in installments. Can’t find that link anywhere. Went to customer service who sent me a link that had a NFL schedule and that’s it. They sent me another link that sent me to the NFL Game Pass but it was a Pay the Full Amount Today link, which I didn’t want. I told the rep that still wasn’t what I wanted, so they sent another link. This one took me to a page where I could sign up for $9.99 a month plan and had nothing to do with Game Pass. I disconnected from the chat and logged back on hoping to get a different rep. This rep was worse! I explained what I wanted and the rep asked me where I was located. I said “Costa Rica” and they said “DAZN doesn’t service Costa Rica” I told the rep that they were mistaken because my neighbor has it and we watched it last season. They apologized. Then I asked about the monthly plan and they told me there was no monthly plan. Knowing I could pay in monthly installments, I told the rep they were incorrect again. Then they got mad at me and ended their sentences to me with “!!!!!!!” I told them not to yell at me then I disconnected and reconnected again. This rep did the same thing the first one did with the links to nothing. I was told my case would be escalated to someone more experienced and I would get an email soon because they work 24/7. So far no word.

I’m so glad after the club World Cup I have no reason to ever use this app. Signed up for premium to have access to games all day and watch on my own time….it never works for more than 10 minutes I have video after video i made that I will send them of how bad using the app is along with commentary my friend gives who is a successful app develop explaining how easy the fixes are….when I start one game …it will go to a different game sometimes matches will just start from the middle of the match regardless of what I press… its really an amateur amateur app..start one match in English leave the room come back and another match from yesterday is suddenly playing in spanish…… if they are serious about this working then someone is getting majorly screwed but it really seems as my friend says they are tryin to grab all kinds of data and running script in the back doing shady ish…and that’s the part they are having trouble nailing down is working around apples strict coding and them still being able to screw people……you want to ruin families only few moments thay have together…well guess what we will now find your families... and how on earth is it possible hat hte biggest sports streaming app in europe and they offer club world cup for free in the states and only has 11 reviews?? what kind of shady bizz is this?

I cringe each time I access the DAZN App. There is ordinarily some new problem each time I try to open the App and access NFL Gamepass. The NFL made a poor decision to transfer the NFL Gamepass access to DAZN. The old App was much better. With DAZN, it either requires that I sign in anew each time I open the App, it requires one to fast forward through the commercial breaks (while the old App simply eliminated the breaks on video replays of a game), it limits one to 6 registered devices but gives no indication in the Account area which of several similarly named devices it is registered on, etc. My most recent problem is the inability to register 6 devices. While my account shows 4 registered devices, I cannot access the App on my IPad (which I am using now to type this review) or on my iPhone. I must de-register devices one at a time in an effort to determine which device is which in the My Account section that lists the registered devices. When I open the App, I ordinarily see a warning the “Something Went Wrong” - “Try refreshing the page, restarting your app”. Of course, restarting the app does not help. I can only hope that the NFL decides to take away access from DAZN and restore it to the NFL Gamepass App that was used in the past. I will now continue to try to gain access on two more of my 6 allowed devices. I expect much frustration and a long day dealing with these issues.
