It’s a great fast way to communicate with loved ones in Cuba. Some days my loved ones complaint about system it’s down or not working for them in Cuba. I believe this could be improved, but overall it’s a great messenger app to keep us connected. Thanks 👍

This app is about as reliable as most things in Cuba. Most of the time it works, but maybe it won’t for several days or weeks... like NOW. There is no option for help or customer service, just a list of common help options. Also, watch for extra charges to your account, which has happened to me several times.

It’s an app that works when it wants to. It’s frustrating to use because 1/2 of the time the messages don’t go through. When they do go through they go in whatever order it feels like it. I can’t be certain if this has to do with Cuban communication issues or what... but my fiancé and I call it 💩 messenger. I suppose it’s better than no communication.
