Are Pranayama practise and even the VA teaches some of them for ptsd. I have used it for years and the new updates show and help you time your breathing and asanas. And there's a full belly's worth of good info on all aspects of it. I am a casual user who likes to visualize along with my practise and the app makes a pretty good mentor. Highly recommended for just about anybody over 9 yo...lol....found my g'kid had called up the salute to the sun and was following along while I was getting lunch!
I’ve been using this app since 2018 daily for Pranayama. It’s perfect and even have it on my phone. There is a wealth of knowledge for many aspects of Sadhana so it’s a great little tool to support one’s health and well being on many levels.
I wanted to learn to do what once came naturally: Breathe. This App has made it much less complicated to 'get'...and I recommend this to anybody who is trying to get back their breath. Very helpful.
