App just not working well
Just updated the new app which took under 30 secs to do. Was hoping improved performance but it is not better. Did a simple search of person filter and played back an event - when the event is over, I can’t go back by tapping either the filter or close options in the upper left and right corner of the screen. I have to exit the app and come back in. AvertX has really good hardware but the software is just not good enough.

Worked with iOS 15.3 but not 15.4
As soon as my iPhone 11 upgraded to 15.4 I started having trouble. Opening the app directly appears to work fine. And I do rcv email notification of event alerts along with a pic as usual. But, when I select the button to review the event my phone states I need to install the app. I have rebooted my nvr, deleted the AvertX connect app on my phone and reinstalled it but the results are the same. I will try calling your tech support for advice. I’m in hopes there is an easy fix on my end or your software developers are all ready working on a fix.

Latest version returns to last viewed time when app switching
When you leave the app and come back it shows you the feed from the time you were last in the app rather than the current feed. You have to go back and launch it again to get the current activity.
