I hate this card their system always shuts down when you have a deposit supposed to dropping that day! No access, customer service like stay busy and there’s no way to check ya balance or anything! This is a terrible debit card I promise you

I’ll stick to chase bank instead it was nice to get money 5 days be for payday but the drama of the app not working and I can’t reach customer service. When any access to my money is upsetting. Nobody wants to go through that not knowing what’s going on with your money and can’t see your balance due to the app not working this is definitely not worth it.

Ok so I had this app since it came out and was loving everything about it. The updates the way the whole app was set up. I got a new phone and lost all my apps and had to re-download this app again and forgot my username. This is were the frustrating comes. There is know were in the app to be able to to recover ur username if u forget it. U can recover your password but I forgot my username and there’s no way to get back in the app even if I got the right password. Please fix this ASAP!!!! Would of voted more stars but this is just frustrating
