Horrible app This application has no potential at all the moment you click on it has this picture of flying around the citys and if you wanna take that picture out, there’s no way you can get rid of that. Fly over picture and just look at the map by itself that’s horrible and I will be unsubscribe And stick to Google maps
Misleading description. You did not mention the limited selection of locations your ap includes. I can not access the world in the background that taunts me from behind your limited selection of countries. I even tried your free trial of the paid version and nothing changed. I still could not access Central America, which was my area of interest in trying your ap. Also, I had no way to go anywhere to inform you that I wish to cancel my free trial of your product and do not wish to pay for your ap. Please reply to let me know that I will never be charged for a subscription to your ap. Moreover, I am informing you that I am deleting your ap from my iPad. Thank you
The app looks incredible but very much needs information (more than what’s given in the App Store, and what there is should be in the app itself—I shouldn’t have to come to the store for the missing information). I wanted maps for Italy but saw the “All World Cities” purchase for $9.99 and assumed all meant “all,” but after purchasing that option I found that cities in Italy weren’t included (nor were many others I saw listed) and would be an additional purchase. The numbers after the individual purchase options aren’t explained in the app; and it was only after coming back to the Store that I was able to figure out that the numbers apparently refer to how many cities are included in each specific purchase (though nowhere in the app itself are the included cities specified). I still don’t see how “all” can refer to only a certain subset of what’s available and not even include what I wanted—especially if what I wanted is otherwise available (of course I didn’t expect every city on earth). If it had said “50 World Cities” or at minimum explained what the number after the purchase option referred to, it would have helped (though I would still have wondered which cities); and I wouldn’t almost have the feeling that I was duped into spending something that I wouldn’t have if I had had a little information (I say “almost” to give the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t intentional). Lost money aside, it would help to have even the briefest of manuals or instructions or explanations within the app.
