My company has been working with Metricwire for a clinical trial. The app itself is useful and has some cool features. However the tech support is frustratingly slow. The head of the company says things will be done in a certain timeframe and very often they are not. Their errors and delays have slowed our research considerably.

Constantly had issues uploading videos for study we were part of. App doesn't allow users to save video to their phone. So when the video fails to upload, you have to reshoot.

I have had a bad experience using the App. I have surveys to answer, but the app does not notify me when surveys are pending.
I have to check it constantly.
