Love the idea and ease of being able to take a passport photo from home - however, 12 days just to PRINT the photo is insane... Plus delivery time. When I emailed them and asked if there was any way to get it sooner they told me the post office takes a long time so they can’t promise anything... meanwhile the I just got an email today (12 days after ordering the photo) saying it’s just now being shipped... If you’re someone who travels often and need a passport within a month or two DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take as long as the entire passport process just to print a photo...

I got married a few months ago and used HitchSwitch to make changing my last name easier. I decided on their Platinum package because it included a new passport photo, which directed me to download this app. I was supposed to be able to connect this with my HitchSwitch account, but I routinely got a loading errors, telling me I wasn't connected to WiFi. I tried this both at home and office, so my connection was never an issue here. I contacted customer service and was told that this app has been buggy, and I was instructed to email a photo. I sent a photo and received zero follow-up. No response to further my emails. I'm tired of waiting to get a photo, so I'll just be heading to Walgreens or CVS. (And for brides to be, I really recommend saving your money on HitchSwitch – this wasn't much of a time saver and the prefilled paperwork wasn't much of a help. Just Google the steps and save yourself some money.)

I never write reviews, but this company and app absolutely deserves one for going above and beyond in every way! I recently got married and the name change process required a passport photo in several areas. Not only did they send me the photo immediately and in great quality, but when I had to get another photo they found my original and sent it to me without any hesitation! Could not recommend this app and company enough!
