I’ve been a crypto trader for over three years and an FX trader for over nine years. I’ve used over a dozen brokers in that time. I had high hopes for Lykke, and held equity in the company until I decided to try Lykke as a broker yesterday. Unfortunately it is the single worst trading experience I’ve ever had. I cannot make a single transaction without timing out, losing network connection, or getting a runtime error. I can’t place market or limit orders and cannot withdraw my funds. It’s been more than a hundred attempts and almost 24 hours now, and zero customer support response. There’s also no way to make these transactions via the website, you have to do with from within the security of your wallet.
EDIT: I absolutely did contact support, dozens of times, with almost no response. Finally support did admit there were systems issues and I’d be notified when they were resolved. Days later I was finally able to get my funds out and sell them on another exchange. By that time the market was down.

Really good user experience combines wallet, cold storage and exchange. It’s a one stop shop for all your crypto needs. No trading fees and able to deposit and withdraw fiat. Well done Lykke!

They let you deposit money and trade a little bit but if you ever want to withdraw you have to give them a bunch of documents and photos.
Blatantly dishonest and very scammy. Deposit but no withdrawal. Should not be legal.
Unless the “volume limit” is something like $60, Lykke is lying below in their response. They are lying about it being fiat only, even if no fiat is involved they just keep your deposit. Second very small crypto only transaction (i.e. ETH / LYKK) locked account without KYC. It’s another one of those “deposit as much as you want” but “oh you want back? No way.” scams.
In any case, avoid this scam app.
