Overall I’m satisfied, but I might not make a second order since the “Wallet” feature doesn’t seem to be working. Pros: - everything arrived surprisingly quickly - nothing was damaged and the stitching was good - the fabrics are genuinely gorgeous, although they don’t feel as soft and comfortable as some of my other silks. I’m hoping they’ll soften with time. Cons: - the box everything arrived in was stinky, although this was probably the fault of the shipping process, not the seller. All the garments were individually wrapped in plastic so they did not absorb any odor, so this wasn’t a big problem. - although I can see my wallet promotion balance from my first order, I cannot figure out how to apply it to a new order! I would make a second order if I could get this to work, but it does not seem to be functional.

This app is the best app that I’ve ever found with ethnic clothing of such great variety and styles for the whole family I am so excited to have found this I have shared it with everyone I know and the deals are awesome buy one get three free you can’t find that no where I end up with four items for the price of one that is beyond awesome and the clothes are cute and the fabric is great quality you just have to know what you’re buying so you make sure if you were buying a top that does not have sizes like small medium large then you have to put in the stitching size and you have to look at the chart to find the right sizing because this was made for Indian people the sizes run small so for Americans we definitely have to do a size up anytime we pick something other than it is perfect

Before I made the purchase, I made sure to read the return policy. I got the dress and the quality of the fabric was great. It was exactly like it was in the picture, however, it did not fit well. I started the return process and revived a confirmation email that explain the next step. The following day, I received another email from their Customer Service who advised that I would not be able to return because of the custom fee, or something like that. I spend over a month trying to replace my item but they denied and offered 10% refund and keep the product that I am not going to wear as it does not fit. I share with them a screenshot of what was indicated in their website and explained my purchase was based on their return policy that allows to do a return but they said no. I am disappointed on their lie and my first experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to purchase more dresses but I decided to stop shopping with them because of my first experience!
