The place for him is the worst I've ever seen in England. So the coffee shop doesn't work. I won 30€, they don't have any money to give me the bosses and tell me it's too much to play or come tomorrow to get it. I don't recommend you go there because you can't have fun, you'll get more of a headache than anything else.

Temperamental
I’ve been trying to log-in a few times now; with little success. At first I thought it was due to my self-exclusion (which I lifted over a week ago) and I was able to log-in on Saturday 5th Jan 2019. But then the app got updated; and now I can’t log in again. The app support link takes you to the Cashino website; but their helpdesk only handle queries relating to the Bingo website and not the app.
